What does a typical yacht rental include?
Every charter comes with a professional crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic beverages. Each service—like a sunset excursion includes gourmet snacks, whereas business charters offer meeting amenities and corporate catering choices.
When is it recommended to make a reservation?
Secure your booking 2–3 weeks in advance to ensure availability, particularly during the high season, which runs from May to September. For business gatherings and private events, reserving 4–6 weeks ahead is advisable for better availability and customization opportunities.
What is the procedure for bad weather?
Our priority is your safety. Should the captain judge the weather conditions as hazardous, we'll propose to reschedule to an alternative date or issue a full refund. We closely track the weather and will inform you if the forecast is uncertain 24 hours before your trip.
May I bring my own food and drinks on board?
Certainly, your own food and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome. We also have excellent catering services that can be tailored to your preference. Kindly note that for safety purposes, glass containers are not allowed on the yacht.
Is yacht access available for passengers with mobility issues?
We endeavor to accommodate all our guests. Some of our yachts have more suitable facilities for accessibility than others. Discuss your specific needs with us upon booking to ensure we suggest the most appropriate vessel and make necessary preparations.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 72 hours ahead of departure are fully refundable. Those done within 24–72 hours receive a half refund. Cancellations under 24 hours before departure will not be refunded, except in cases of unsafe weather conditions or mechanical issues that come from our side.
